How should I care for my SHOTIME Item?
For best results: Machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low, and avoid bleach. Use mild detergent and turn inside out before washing to protect the print. Hang or lay flat to dry for best results. Avoid high heat, as it may cause shrinkage or affect the fabrics finish. Do not iron directly on the design.
What if my size is out of stock?
We restock popular items regularly! Contact us and we can notify you when your size is back in stock. You can also check back on our shop page - we update inventory frequently.
What size should I order?
Our garments are designed with an intentionally oversized fit. Order your usual size for the intended relaxed silhouette, or size down one size for a more fitted look.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet, but this feature is coming soon! For now, if you'd like to purchase a gift, we recommend choosing a size based on our size guide below.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly! If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to help, but once an order has shipped, we can only process returns or exchanges.
How are your designs printed?
Our graphics are applied using high-quality DTF heat transfers. This process produces vibrant, detailed prints with a smooth, durable finish designed to hold up with proper care.
